We have been going to TLA for over a year now and have had the best experience.Our little one started in the infant room with Ms Jessica and Ms Cathrine. Their staff have always used such tender care when taking care of our boy. They have a great curriculum starting from their earliest moments and we love getting updates (including pictures) throughout each day.Toddler 1 was amazing- Ms Savannah and Ms Bella really fostered his growth as a young toddler. We always have a stash of his artwork to take home each week. The kids get to play outside twice a day- their playground is so safe and clean(it is all artificial turf for the toddlers). He still spends some time in toddler 1 in the mornings with early drop off- we love that he gets to maintain those relationships with his caregivers as he grows.We now love his care in toddler 2 with Ms Jennifer and Ms Jazmine. His language skills are exploding and so are his gross/fine motor skills. The kids are always dancing/singing/playing with their wide selection of toys/activities whenever we are there to pick our kiddo up.My favorite thing about TLA is I feel I can 10000% trust them to take care of my son while I work. They really take the time to get to know your child and form a special relationship with them where they can tell if they are feeling off. Their management run by two incredible women (LaRaea and Audra) who really support their staff and will jump in to help wherever needed. Included snacks/lunch and awesome operating hours with a very reasonable weekly tuition price are just the cherry on top!Our family is so happy at TLA and we feel so blessed to have found this incredible place to take care of our most precious person while we work. I couldn’t recommend them more!

So disappointed. Upon arrival I meet Heather the regional director for this area. I later learned through reviews that the staff I had met on my tour had all quit. On my child's first day I call to check on her and I am informed an hour prior she had been bitten by another child because he felt she was too close to him! I am unsettled that they did not contact me themselves when it occurred and wonder if they would have, had I not called first. I am even more appalled that many hours later when I pick her up his teeth marks are bruised into her arm! Obviously he bit her hard. I am told they have been working with his parents on his biting so that tells me he has bitten other children. After talking to her about it she tells me she "never, ever" wants to go back. I don't hear from his parents either. I am told he was put with her class because his teacher wasn't there. I am going to assume it's because she was apart of the multi exodus. Two days later his bite marks remain as well as her desire not to return. The cherry on top is I never received an apology or check in from the other parents and my deposit is not being refunded. The number to corporate was refused to be given.

This place is a wonderful option! It’s hard to find a place you trust that also provides high quality care. All of their staff have all been professional and kind. They seem to love what they do and our child has thrived in the time we’ve been at this facility.

Starting with most recent. On Friday, December 3, 2022 my daughter was stabbed with a pencil by another child (I was not notified). I did not know about this incident until 5:40p.m when my husband went to pick my daughter up. I was mad, but the footage made it worse. Ms.Samantha brushed it off as it was nothing. Ms.Samantha stated, "it was the eraser of the pencil." On the footage you cannot tell which end was used, but you can see it was force from the other child stabbing my daughter in the stomach. So I asked questions: what if my daughter had cancer or a weak stomach? What if it would have been her head, her ear, her eye? Ms.Samantha stated, "we would have notified you." So my daughter have to be damn near dead for me to be notified? But they did text me about season greeting or something like that. And on top of that I never had orientation for my daughter's to attend the daycare. Ms.LaRhea never acknowledged that I didn't have orientation until I was requesting my daughter's take a week break due to our family trip. They told me, "I still have to pay $450 even though my daughter's will not be there". They do not provide full meals for the kids. The kids are rude to the adults and each other, the kid's pick their noses and stick there fingers in their mouths. This not a good place for the price they charge. The lady that works there put a review so do not go off that because she will say good things cause works there (Samantha Meredith). I am sueing and I will be getting all of my money back.
